摘要
介绍了一种基于IEC 61850的数字化水轮机调速系统。该型调速系统将各种功能分布在不同智能电子设备(IED)中,通过站控层、间隔层和过程层与电站其他设备实现信息共享和互操作,减少设备的重复投资。电站和调度的各种指令和数据均是通过工业以太网传递,减少了电缆线的使用,也减少了因此而传导的各种干扰。该型调速系统的研制将有利于推进基于IEC 61850的智能水电厂的建设。
A digital governor system based on IEC 61850 for hydraulic turbine is introduced.All functions of this governor are allocated in different intelligent electronic devices,which implements information share and interoperability together with other power station devices through the station control level,bay level and process level.So it has reduced repeated investment of concerned equipments.All orders and data from power station and dispatching centre are transferred through the industrial Ethernet,which reduces application of cables so as to reduce interferences caused by conduction.The development of this governor system will be in favor of construction of intelligent power stations based on IEC 61850.
