摘要
针对太平湾电厂朝鲜电网频率波动较大的特殊性,介绍了具有跟踪大范围频率变化功能的发变组保护装置在太平湾发电厂朝鲜电网4号机变组上的应用情况,首先阐明频率变化对保护装置的影响和保护装置采用的频率自适应算法,然后列举装置采样数据和阻抗元件在不同频率下的动作特性,证明保护装置在朝鲜电网频率大范围波动时,其采样值和动作值偏差在允许误差范围之内,可以很好地跟踪电网频率的变化,能够在电网中稳定运行。
Inallusion to the peculiarity of DPRK power grid frequency always fluctuates in wide range at Taipingwan power plant,the generator-transformer set relay protection that can track wide range frequency used in Taipingwan power plant's No.4 generator-transformer set is introduced in the paper.First,several factors such as the influence on relay protection caused by power grid frequency fluctuate in wide range,the frequency adapted algorithm adopted by relay protection are explained.Then sampling data and the action characteristic of distance protection under various grid frequency are enumerated.It proved that the error between sample value and action value of protection device is permissible when DPRK power grid frequency fluctuates in wide range,and it can operate stably in power grid.
