摘要
目的:了解武警陕西省总队医院消化系统用药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量法,对我院2007—2009年消化系统用药进行统计、分析。结果:消化系统用药的销售金额逐年增长,3年中单品种DDDs排序居前列的为奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊和多潘立酮片,且我院DDC相对较低。结论:我院消化系统用药品种结构、DDC及使用基本合理。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the use of digestive system agents in our hospital for references of clinical rational drug use.METHODS： The digestive system agents used in our hospital during the period 2007-2009 were analyzed statistically using the method of defined daily dose recommended by WHO.RESULTS： The consumption sum of the digestive system agents showed a year-on-year increase over the 3 years.Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and domperidone tablets took the lead in terms of DDDs.The DDC of the drugs for digestive system diseases in our hospital was relatively low.CONCLUSION： The structure of the kinds of digestive system agents,DDC and utilization of the drugs for digestive system diseases in our hospital were rational on the whole.
