艾迪注射液联合同期放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Aidi Injection Combined with Concurrent Radiochemotherapy for Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的:观察艾迪注射液联合同期放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的疗效及不良反应。方法:将56例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为A、B 2组,2组均采用同期放化疗且放化疗方式相同,A组在同期放化疗基础上加用艾迪注射液80 mL,1日1次,连用14 d为1周期,间隔2周重复,治疗2周期;B组采用同期放化疗,不使用艾迪注射液。结果:A组有效率为96.4%,B组有效率为92.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组生活质量Karnofsky评分高于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);A组血液不良反应、胃肠道反应明显低于B组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合同期放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌,虽不能提高近期疗效,但能改善患者的生活质量,降低放化疗对患者的不良反应。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of Aidi injection combined with concurrent radiochemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer.METHODS： A total of fifty-Six patients with cervical cancer were randomly assigned to receive either radiochemotherapy plus Aidi injection at a dose of 80 ml q.d for two 14-day cycles with a 2-week time span（Group A） or radiochemotherapy alone（Group B）.RESUITS： There were no significant differences in the effective rate between Group A and Group B（96.4% vs.92.9%,P 0.05）.The Karnofsky score of life quality was significantly higher in Group A than in Group B,showing significant differences between the two groups（P 0.05）.The haematologic toxicities and gastrointestinal reactions were significantly milder in Group A than in Group B,all showing significant differences（P 0.05）.CONCLUSION： Aidi injection added to concurrent radiochemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer can improve patients’quality of life and attenuate the toxicity of radiochemotherapy although it is unable to improve the short-term efficacy.
