亚低温对重型脑损伤后血清IL-18含量的影响 被引量:1

Influence of mild hypothermia on serum level of IL-18 in patients with severe traumatic brain injury

摘要 目的观察重型创伤性脑损伤(TBI)患者血清白细胞介素18(IL-18)的含量变化。方法 60例患者随机分成常温治疗组和亚低温治疗组,两组均于伤后第1d、3d、7d和10d采用酶联免疫吸附(ELlSA)法测定血清中IL-18含量。结果两组IL-18含量均高于对照组(P<0.01)。亚低温治疗组IL-18含量在3d、7d、10d低于常温治疗组(P<0.01),而在伤后第1d差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论亚低温治疗能够降低sTBI患者血清IL-18含量。 Objective To oberative mild hypothermia protecting brain through investigating the content change of Interleukin 18 (IL-18) in serum for patients with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods 60 patients were divided into normothermia group and mild hypothermia group randomly. ELISA was used to measure serum level of IL-18 in two groups 1,3,7 and 10 days after injury. Results The level of serum IL-18 in normothermia group and mild hypothermia group was higher than that in control group(P 〈0.01 ). The level of serum IL-18 in mild hypothermia group was lower than that in rmothermia group 3,7 and l0 days after TBI ( P 〈 0.01 ) , but with insignificant difference at 1 day after TBI ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Mild hypothermia can decrease the level of serum IL-18 for patients with severe TBI.
