摘要
为提高城市干道建设项目决策的科学性,在总结分析天津市中环路经济评价的基础上,提出了城市干道建设项目经济评价方法。 经济评价方法主要包括:工程效益、工程投资、经济评价三个部分。本文重点阐述工程效益的计算指标、计算内容和计算方法,并提出相应的数学模型。
For enhancing the correctness of policy decision about urban arterial construction projects, this paper puts forward an evaluation method for the economic benefit of urban arterial construction projects based on the summarization and analysis of the economic evaluation of the Tianjin City Middle Ring project.The economic evaluation method mainly consists of three parts——project benefit, project investment and economic evaluation. This paper puts emphasis on the calculation indices of project benefit, calculation contents and calculation methods. In the meantime, the corresponding mathematical models are also given.
