摘要
每年单位对员工进行的各种各样的测评很多。对于办公室工作来说,一般的做法就是召集职工,发给每人一份测评报告,由职工打分后上交。如果单位的职工多,测评项目多的话,事后的统计工作是相当的繁重,工作量不说,统计上出点差错都是在所难免。在经过细致的考虑后,领导决定利用内部网络来进行这次的无记名的评分活动。
Unit of employees each year a variety of many evaluation.For office work,the general approach is to call workers,one for each evaluation report issued by the staff turned over after scoring.If the unit employees more and more evaluation of the project,then,after the statistical work is quite heavy, the workload is not that the point of statistical errors are inevitable.After careful consideration,the leaders decided to use the internal network for the bearer of the rating activity.
