摘要
采用累积复合轧制技术(ARB)成功制备2、4、8、16层不锈钢钢板,通过对不同道次金属材料的测试和分析。结果表明:随累积变形量的增加,材料组织显著得到细化,材料的抗拉强度、硬度提高和界面结合强度的增强,如经过ARB4道次后,试样晶粒直径达到1~2μm,抗拉强度提高了约1倍;材料延伸率随着ARB累积变形量的增加显著下降,ARB4道次后其断后伸长率仅为5.8%。
2,4,8,16-layered laminate stainless steel plates were manufactured by accumulative roll-bonding(ARB) in this experiment.With necessary tests and analysis,the variations of microstructure and mechanical properties with ARB deformation are concluded that grain refinement,tensile strength,bonding strength and micro-hardness of interfaces are improved after ARB,as grain size reaches 1-2 μm and tensile strength is doubled after 4 cycles of ARB;meanwhile,plasticity is obviously decreased,and the elongation is just 5.8% after 4 cycles of ARB.
