基于现代信息管理学的理念，是否将计算机技术与经济管理相结合，成为现代企业在竞争中取胜的关键问题之一。办公自动化系统（OA）是目前国内大型国企办公自动化最常见的软件。本文主要阐述该系统在中石油企业中的主要作用、使用现状、存在问题及建议和主要性能。
