摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展，多媒体技术已被应用到现实生活的每一个角落。然而，现今多媒体系统不完善，网络容量不能完全符合多媒体传输的需要，因此图像和视频采集、压缩、传榆和存储过程势必扭曲，进而这些就成了图像模糊失真、视频质量下降的主要原因。所以图像模糊评价方法具有十分重要的意义。通过对模糊失真进行评估和衡量，对整个图像传输过程或者处理系统的质量进行适度的控制，进而采取相应的措施来提高系统性能。
With the rapid development of information technology, multimedia technology has been applied to real life in every comer. However, modem multimedia systems are perfecting,network capacity can not fully meet the needs of multimedia transmission.Therefore,image and video capture,compression,transmission and storage procssis bound to distort.Then they became a blur distortion,the main reason for decline in video quality.So image fuzzy evaluation method is of great significance. Through the assessment and measurement of fuzzy distortion.The entire image transmission process or the quality of treatment system appropriatecontrol, and take the appropriate measures to improve system performancing.
