摘要 儿童Rolandic癫癎又称儿童良性癫癎伴中央颞区棘波（benign childhood epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes,BECT）,是一种特发性局灶性年龄依赖性癫癎,为儿童期最常见的癫癎综合征之一,不伴有认知障碍,预后良好。近年来,
