摘要
于1987—1992年,先后5次进行海湾扇贝人工促熟产卵试验,扇贝均取自大连0000000海县海区,为人工养殖越冬的成贝,每次试验所用扇贝个体数量为6000-6200个。用数理统计方法分别拟合5次试验中水温与时间的线性关系F(X),并根据产卵时间X5和性腺发育生物学零度78℃,计算产卵时水温F(X5)和达到性腺发育生物学零度的时间X7,8.最后用积温公式分别计算有效积温值,并对试验结果进行统计分析。结果表明,海湾扇贝产卵的有效积温为144.5℃·d标准差为3.133。
Five experiments, aimed at eccumulating the maturation of the bay scallop (Argopectenirradians), were carried out during 1987 to 1992. For each of the experiments, 6 000 to 6 200culford adults overwintered in Changhai,Dalian were used, Under the controlled conditions inMarch from the natural water temperature with the temperature risen by 1° each day. Theexperiment ended when the scallop spawnd heavily (Tab. 1).The data of the five experimenta were statistically analyzed with the regression method todetermine the linear relahonship F(X) between temperature and time (Tab.2). Spawning temperatureF(X5) and the initial Point X7.8, of the gonad development were calculated based on the spawninghme X5and the biological zero point (t = 7.8℃). The value K was determined according to theascumulation formula K = H(T- t).The analyzed results show tharthe average spawning effective accumulative temperature was144.5℃ d, with a standard deviation of 3.133.
