冠状动脉旁路移植术间断隧道式获取大隐静脉的临床应用

摘要 冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)中,大隐静脉是最常用的移植材料。大隐静脉的获取最常用的方式是开放式获取。我科采用间断隧道式的方法,不增加手术费用和手术时间,同样达到获取大隐静脉的同时保护静脉壁不受损伤与微创的目的。
