利钠肽系统在肾脏的研究进展

摘要 利钠肽(ANP、BNP和CNP)是心房、心室肌及血管内皮细胞产生和分泌的一类具有强烈利尿、利钠、扩血管及降低血压等作用的多肽激素,通过结合靶器官的利钠肽受体(NPR-A、NPR-B和NPR-C)在全身和局部均发挥重要的调节作用。肾脏作为利钠肽最重要的靶器官之一,研究发现肾脏存在三型利钠肽及其受体的mRNA和蛋白质的表达,并形成一个局部的肾脏利钠肽系统。本文对肾脏利钠肽系统的研究现状及其重要意义作一综述。 The natriuretic peptides(ANP,BNP and CNP) are a family of related hormones that are secreted by atrium,ventricle or vascular endothelial cells with poten natriuretic,diuretic,vasorelaxant and hypotensive activities.Through combining natriuretic peptide receptors(NPR-A,NPR-B and NPR-C) on target cells,the natriuretic peptides exert an important role in systemic and local homeostasis.As one of the primary target organs of natriuretic peptides,kidney is found to show local mRNA and protein expression of natriuretic peptides and their receptors,forming a local renal natriuretic peptide system.In this paper,major recent developments and their significance of renal natriuretic peptide system are reviewed.
