摘要
利用动态优化BP神经网络、面向对象技术、GFW工控软件平台和多媒体技术开发了一个船用柴油机控制实时仿真系统。该系统实现了2700箱集装箱船“高河”轮S07/90遥控系统、S06安全保护系统、DGU8800电子调速系统和B&W6L80MC柴油机的动态仿真。该系统有两种操作方式,一种是通过模拟机舱集控台和驾驶室驾控台的控制面板和车钟等进行操作,另一种是通过触摸屏对控制系统的软界面进行操作。
A real time simulation system for marine engine control is designed using dynamic optimal BP neural network,object oriented technique,GFW software platform for industrial control and multimedia technique.The dynamic simulation of S07/90 remote control system,S06 safety system,DGU8800 electronic governor and B&W 6L80MC main engine is realized for a 2700TEU container ship.This system has two operation modes.One is operated through control panel and telegraph of engine order on console both in the control room and the wheelhouse,and the other is operated through man-machine interface on touch screen.
