辅助性T17细胞与系统性红斑狼疮相关性研究进展

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，sIJF）是一种多系统受累的自身免疫性疾病，发病与遗传、病毒感染、环境等多种因素有关。效应性CD4＋T细胞即辅助性T细胞（Thelper，Th）在机体免疫应答和免疫调节中发挥着重要作用。
