摘要
目的 探讨超声自由扩展成像技术在肌肉软组织肿物中的应用价值.方法 自2005年3月至2009年12月,对38例肌肉软组织肿物的患者先行普通二维高频超声检查,再用超声自由扩展成像技术对肿物区行全景成像,并将两者图像进行对比分析.结果 对于较大范围的肌肉软组织层血肿、脓肿、肿物等患者,应用超声自由扩展成像技术不仅能完整地显示肿物全貌及其与周围组织的关系,而且能全面显示肿物区的形态和特征,准确其大小,直观显示其生理弧度,减少超声伪像的干扰,明显提高分辨率.结论 超声自由扩展成像技术能较好地显示肿物的形态和结构,弥补了二维高频超声在较大肌肉软组织肿物成像中的不足,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the clinically applicable value of ultrasonic free style extended imaging (FSEI) in diagnosis of muscle and soft tissue neoplasms. Methods From March 2005 to December 2009, 38 patients with muscle and soft tissue neoplasms were examined by ordinary 2D high-fiequeney ultrasound and then the FSEI. The images were compared and analyzed. Results For the patients with wide-ranging hematoma, abscess and lump in the layer of muscle and soft tissue, FSEI could not only clearly demonstrate the full view and the relationship with the circumambient tissue, but could also show completely morphous and features, accurate size of the diseased region and show directly the physiologic curve. FSEI could reduce artifacts and improve image quality. Conclusion FSEI can demonstrate shapes and structures of the neoplasms and can make up the imaging shortages of the bigger soft tissue neoplasms. It deserves to be popularized widely.
