摘要
设计基于电子病历的医疗安全预警信息管理系统，防范医疗风险，在最大程度上确保医疗安全，使医疗活动处于合理、可靠、可控安全状态，为医院降低损失。
The information management system for medical safety warning was designed based on the electronic medical records, and applied in our hospital. The system is expected to prevent from medical treatment risk, ensure medical treatment safety to maximal extent, make medical treatment activity in reasonable, reliable, controllable safe state, and finally reduce the hospital loss.
