摘要 目的探讨PBL教学模式对医学法学专业外科教学效果。方法对2007级和2008级卫生法学专业本科生的外科教学分别采用LBL和PBL教学模式。采用医学教育环境评估量表(DREEM)评价效果;问卷调查对PBL教学模式的看法。结果PBL教学组和LBL教学组的DREEM量表总分分剐为147.06±20.03和132.86±15.21,有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。时于量表中的学习知觉、教师知觉、学术知觉、环境知觉、社交知觉的分数的差异均有显著性(P〈0.05)。PBL教学模式提高学生学习效率,能培养学生综合应用知识解决问题的能力和学生团队协作的精神。结论PBL教学法能显著改善教育环境,培养学生发现问题及解决问题的能力和良好的学习习惯。 Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching model on surgery in health law major. Methods Lecturebased learning (LBL)and PBL teaching model were used to medical law major undergraduate students of 2007~2008-grade respectively. Teaching effect was assessed by Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM). Results The total DREEM score of PBL group was 147.06~20.03, and that of LBL group was 132.86~15.21.There was a significant difference in two groups (P〈O.01). The scores of the sub-scales in PBL group were higher than those in LBL group (P〈O.05). PBL teaching model enhanced the students' capability of learning. PBL teaching model can not only help students improve the ability to linkup the knowledge and solve the problems, but also help them cultivate their teamwork spirit.Conclusions PBL teaching model can significantly improve the educational environment. And it also can help the students question themselves, answer the questions and form a good habit of learning.
