目的为了缩短出院者平均住院日，提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。方法利用某医院2006,-,2010年出院病人的信息进行分析。结果通过实行住院床位医院统一调控、控制院内感染等一系列措施有效地缩短平均住院日。结论应用一系列科学的方法，有效缩短平均住院日，提高了医院病床的效益和效率，实现了病人和医院利益双赢。

Objective In order to Shorting the average length of stays, improving the hospital＇s economic and social benefits. Methods By 2006 to 2010, The discharged patient＇s information analysis.
