摘要
目的建立水蛭仿生酶解小肽中总多肤含量的快速测定方法。方法采用福林酚比色法对样品进行总肽的含量测定,并做加样回收率试验。结果该方法线性关系、稳定性、精密度、重复性、加样回收率均良好。结论确定福林酚比色法作为水蛭仿生酶解总肽的含量测定方法.该法简便、快速、准确可靠。
Objective To establish a rapid determination of small bionic zymolysis peptides of leeches. Methods Using Folin-phend method to determine the content of small bionic zymolysis peptide of leeches. The average recovery test was also conducted. Results The linear relationship, stability and precision, repeatability, average recovery of the method are good. Conclusion Folin-phend method can be used for the determination of small bionic zymolysis peptides of leeches. The method is simple, rapid and feasible.
