摘要
目的为了探讨新生儿出生后凝血功能的变化及其临床意义。方法采用IL公司ACL8000系统是全自动、操作简便、具双向通讯功能的高速分析仪.ACL是自动化血凝实验室(AutomatedCoagu/ationLaboratory)英文单词首字母缩写.ACL8000系统包含凝固法、发色底物法和免疫比浊法三种检测方法。测定50例早产新生儿的血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量并与30例正常一月新生儿的凝血四项对照比较。结果早产新生儿中的PT、APTT、TT较正常一月新生儿对照显著增高,有非常显著性差异(P〈O.01);而早产新生儿FIB较正常新生儿对照显著减低,有非常显著性差异(P(O.01)。结论早产新生儿的凝血功能均有异常改变,进行凝血功能常规检测对诊断、指导治疗及预后均有重要的意义。
Objective To study the change and the clinical significance of the coagulation function in neonates after birth. Methods The changes of the prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) , thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB) in 50 premature neonates and 30 full-term one-month neonates were measured by using the ACL 8000 full-automatic coagulation aualyzer made by the American IL company. ACL is the acronym of Automated Coagulation Laboratory which is easy to operate analyzer in high speed with both-way communication function. It includes freezing method, chromogenie substrate assay, immunoturbidimetry. Results Compared with full-term one-month neonates, PT, APTT and TT in premature neonates were significantly higher (P〈0.01), while the FIB level was significantly lower (P〈0.01). Conclusion The coagulant function was abnormal in premature neonates. Performing routine coagulation function test would be very important in diagnosis, directing therapy and prognosis.
