Objective To study the self-efficiency theory, cultivating and improving the nurse career self-efficacy. Methods Self-efficacy theory as the basis, this paper expounds the self-efficiency theory in nursing management application, arouse nurses actively learning motivation, exert its work potential. Results In clinical nursing management application self-efficacy theory has a good development space. Conclusion To cultivate and improve the nurse career self-efficacy, can increase nurses＇confidence and personal achievement, give full play to the nursing value.
