空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折65例临床研究

Clinical Research of 65 Case of Cannulated Compression Scren Treatment for Femoral Neck Fracture

目的研究加压空m螺钉内固定在股骨颈骨折中的临床应用效果。方法回顾总结65例采用闭合整复空．心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床手术方法。结果65例患者均手术顺利，愈合59例，骨折愈合率为90．76％；骨折不愈合6例，不愈合率为9．24％。结论空心螺纹钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折创伤小，操作简单，愈合率高，并发症少，是目前比较理想的股骨颈骨折治疗手段。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of eannulated compression screw fixation in femoral neck fractures. Methods Retrospective summary the surgical procedures of 65 cases in closing the entire complex holliow and eannulated screw fixation to cure the femoral neck fracture. Results 65 patients＇ operation were successfully, healing in 59 cases, healing rate was 90.76%; fracture nonunion in 6 cases, nonunion rate was 9.24% ,Conclusion cannulated compression screw fixation in femoral neck fractures was trauma, simple operation, high healing rate, fewer complications, is the ideal treatment for femoral neck fracture.
