we discussed the care of 250 pstients of anesthesia-induced hypotension downlink endoscopic sinus surgery and concluded that adequate preoperative preparation, accurate observation of vital signs during the sugery process, be familiar with surgerical principle and instrument performanc, skilled cooperation, and post-operative management of equipment and instruments can guarantee success of this kind of operation
