硫胺素等缺乏与骨肉瘤病因的关系

The relationship between thiamin deficiency and the etiology of osteosarcoma

在诊治营养不良和超重体力劳动者的临床实践中,发现营养不良可引起肿瘤。因而有针对性的对一些肿物(包括颌下腺囊肿和腋窝囊肿等)单独注射硫胺素(维生素B1)。发现疗效很好,本文对1例溶骨性骨肉瘤注射硫胺素,经围绕癌瘤一次注射硫胺素300 mg后,癌块急剧缩小50%以上。国际上对硫胺素是否致癌或治癌尚有争议,本文以临床实践为依据,提出硫胺素缺乏可能是骨肉癌的病因之一。

Based on therapeutic effect of intra-cystic thiamin for submandibular gland cyst and Baker＇s cyst,subcutaneous thiamin was injected around the malignancy in a case with osteolytic osteosarcoma at her right humerus after fracture.Biopsy and thiamin infusion were encouraged by three conspicuous clinical features in the case： suffering from prolonged severe malnutrition,mild injury causing fracture and triggering malignancy exactly at the site of the wound.The authentic pathologic diagnosis was ＂osteo-malignancy＂.It should be further categorized as osteolytic osteosarcoma because of its rapid course,absence of new bone,and the absorption of bony fragments.Within two days after peri-mass infusion of thiamin 300 mg,the tumor mass drastically reduced over 50% in volume.Thereby,thiamin deficiency might be one of the etiology of osteosarcoma.
