结肠癌组织中血管内皮生长因子-C表达与淋巴转移的关系

A Study on the Expression of Relationship between Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor C Expression and Lymphatic Metastasis in Colon Cancer Organization

探讨结肠癌组织中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)表达与淋巴管、血管生成及淋巴转移、临床病理参数之间的关系。结论为VEGF-C高表达而淋巴转移阴性的患者亦有很强的淋巴结转移倾向,甚至可能已发生淋巴结微转移。VEGF-C主要通过调控结肠癌组织中微淋巴管的生成而影响结肠癌的淋巴结转移。

This is to discuss the relationships between VEGF-C expression,lymphangiogenesis,angiogenesis in colon cancer,lymphatic metastasis and clinical pathologic characteristics.The present results suggested that the patients with increased expression of VEGF-C without lymphatic metastasis have strong tendency of lymphatic metastasis;VEGF-C could influence lymphatic metastasis in colon cancer mainly through regulating lymphangiogenesis in colon cancer organization.
