In order to tackle the problem of overload in the container transportation and guarantee the safety of transportation, the alarming unit for over load of RTG has been developed . This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the alarming unit for over load of the RTG and the hardware structure and software structure of main mechanism for weighing and alarming. This system realizes effectively the monitoring and controlling of container＇s over load.
