摘要
目的研究市场两种习用土荆皮代用药材的体外抗真菌活性,为土荆皮的习用药材(水翁皮与余甘子皮)的药理应用提供依据。方法采用药基琼脂稀释法,研究水翁皮与余甘子皮的提取物对11株浅表性皮肤癣菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MFC)。结果土荆皮的提取物对武汉须毛癣菌、武汉近平滑癣菌的MIC和MFC3.13μl/ml,对其余9株皮肤癣菌的MIC和MFC6.25μl/ml,水翁皮与余甘子皮的提取物对试验11株皮肤癣菌的MIC和MFC>50μl/ml,达克宁的MIC和MFC<0.78μl/ml。结论土荆皮的两种习用药材水翁皮与余甘子皮体外对11株皮肤癣菌未显示出抗真菌活性。
Objective To study the antifungal activity of extracts from Bark of Cleistocalyx operculate and Phyllanthus emblica L.in vitro for their application of medicinal pharmacology.Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and the minimum concentration(MFC) of extracts from Bark of Cleistocalyx operculate and Phyllanthus emblica L.against 11 strains dermatophytes were determined by media dilution method.Results Apart from Trichonphyton mentagrophyton(Wuhan strain) and Candida parapsilosis(Wuhan strain)(MIC=3.13 μl/ml),MIC of Cortex Pseudolarici extract against other strains were 6.25 μl/ml,MFC value were similar to its MIC.All the strains were not susceptible to extracts from Bark of Cleistocalyx operculate and Phyllanthus emblica L,their MIC50 μl/ml,miconazole nitrate's MIC and MFC0.78 μl/ml.Conclusion Bark of Cleistocalyx operculate and Phyllanthus emblica L.have no antifungal activity against 11 strains dermatophytes.
