指动脉背侧支皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损及覆盖手指肌腱、指骨外露的应用

Repair of defect on finger soft tissues with tendon and bone exposed by island flap of the digital artery dorsal branches in finger

目的探讨利用指动脉背侧支为蒂的岛状皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损及覆盖肌腱、指骨外露临床效果。方法从2006年8月至2010年2月期间,利用指动脉背侧支为蒂的岛状皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损及覆盖肌腱、指骨外露45例。结果术后皮瓣均成活,皮瓣外形良好,患指功能良好。结论该皮瓣手术操作简单,不牺牲指固有动脉、神经,皮瓣外形好,对供区破坏少,是修复手指软组织缺损及覆盖手指肌腱、指骨外露较为理想的方法,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the repair of defect on finger soft tissues with tendon and bone exposed by island flap of the digital artery dorsal branches in finger.Methods From Aug 2006 to Feb 2009,45 patients with finger soft tissuses were defected,tendon and bone exposed were repaired by island flap of the digital artery dorsal branches in finger.Results The flaps all survied with satisfactory esthetic results postoperatively.The function of wound finger recoved well.Conclusion The flap of the digital artery dorsal branches in finger can be performed easily.It need not damage proper digital artery and nervus.The flap has esthetic results postoperatively and the donor site damage small.It is a useful repair methods for soft tissue defect and worth popularizing.
