紫外分光光度法测定复方三酸粉中水杨酸的含量

Determination of Salicylic Acid in Compound Sansuan Powder by ultroviolet spectrophotometry

目的建立复方三酸粉中水杨酸的含量测定方法。方法采用双波长分光光度法直接测定复方三酸粉中水杨酸的含量。结果水杨酸在6～30μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.20(RSD=0.5)。结论对于复方制剂来说,本法简单、快速、结果可靠,适用于医院制剂分析。

Objective To establish the determination method of Salicylic Acid in Compound Sansuan Powder.Methods Ultroviolet spectrophotometry method was used for Salicylic Acid determination.Results The calibration curves of salicylic acid was linear in 0.2~0.6 mg/ml,（r=0.9996）.The average recovery were 9920%（RSD=0.5%）.Conclusion To the compound preparation,the method is simple,convenient and reliable,and is suitable for analysis of hospital preparation.
