LEEP在治疗宫颈病变的临床应用

The clinical applications of LEEP for treament of cervical lesions

目的探讨LEEP术在宫颈病变治疗过程中的临床疗效及价值。方法将有慢性宫颈炎患者218例(包括宫颈糜烂,宫颈息肉,宫颈肥大等),及宫颈上皮内瘤变患者60例(CINⅠ-CINⅡ49例,CINⅢ11例)均行LEEP术治疗,术后随诊。结果术后3月随诊慢性宫颈炎治愈率94,有效率100,CINⅠ-CINⅡ术后6月至2年随诊治愈率97.1,CINⅢ3例术后行子宫切除,1例病检回报宫颈癌行手术,治愈率85.8。结论 LEEP术为治疗宫颈病变安全有效的技术,特别适用于宫颈肥大,重度糜烂宫颈息肉及CIN患者。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and value of LEEP for treatment of cervical lesions.Methods 218 the patients with chronic cervicitis（including cervical ectropio,cervical polyp,cervix,mast,etc）,and 60 patients cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN patients Ⅰ-Ⅱ CIN 49 cases,CIN Ⅲ 11 cases） were performed LEEP surgical treatment of postoperative follow-up.Results After 3 months follow-up chronic cervicitis cure rate was 94%,efficient was 100%,Ⅰ-Ⅱ postoperative CIN CIN June-2 years of follow-up Ⅲ CIN cure was 97.1%.3 cases of postoperative muck seen,1 case disease inspection rewards cerical cancer line operation,cure rate was 85.8%.Conclusion For the treatment of cervical LEEP intraoperative lesions is safe and effective technology,especially suitable for cervical ectropio cervical polyp hypertrophy,severe and CIN patients.
