DCS治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折26例临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察动力髁螺钉(DCS)内固定在老年股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法我院从2005年6至2009年6月用DCS治疗26例老年股骨粗隆间骨折,根据随访结果进行评价。结果所有病例经6~30个月(平均12个月)随访,按骨折愈合情况,结合董纪元等髋关节疗效标准评分。优20例,良5例,可1例,优良率为96.15。结论 DCS是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的较好选择。 Objective To observe the application and the curative effect of dynamic condylus screw(DCS) fixed in the femoral intertrochanter fractur in elderly.Methods 26 cases of femoral intertrochanter fractur in elderly with DCS treatment in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2009 were reviewed.Results All patients were followed up with 6~30 months(anarage 12 months),according to Dong Jiyuan's criteria,excellent and good in 25 cases(96.15%).Conclusion DCS is a better choice for the treatment of femoral intertrochanter fractur in elderly.
