糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭晚期肾功能与血糖关系临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)肾功能衰竭晚期患者肾功能与血糖的关系。方法对44例DN肾功能衰竭晚期患者入院时与死亡前空腹血糖(FPG)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)等指标变化进行检测、比较、分析。结果 DN肾功能衰竭晚期患者入院时与死亡前FPG、BUN、Scr差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),FPG下降与BUN、Scr升高呈负相关,且血糖波动大不易控制、低血糖不易察觉。结论晚期低血糖是DN患者病情恶化的一个重要因素。
