摘要
嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎是以胃肠道组织中嗜酸性粒细胞异常浸润为特征的胃肠道少见疾病。发病机理尚未明确,自1937年首次报道以来,国内外仅有300余例报道,且报道的病例特点不一,具有临床多样性,容易造成误诊。本文就嗜酸性胃肠炎的诊治进行阐述。
eosinophilic gastricoenteritis is a rare disease,which is characteristic of eosinophile granulocyte excessively infiltrating.The etiopathogesis is not distinct.Since the first case was reported in 1937,there were only about 300 cases in the world.The features of cases were diversified,and it＇s easily misdiagnosed.The text describes the diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic gastroenteritis.
