陆英果实多糖的提取与含量测定

摘要 利用水提醇沉法从陆英果实中提取多糖,并应用分光光度法对多糖含量进行测定。样品溶液经0.2%蒽酮-硫酸溶液显色,在582nm处测定其吸光度,多糖含量为3.86%,测定结果的RSD值为3.76%(n=5)。结果表明,供试液在4h内显色稳定,重现性好,平均回收率为102.55%,RSD值为2.51%(n=3)。 In this study, polysaccharide in fruit of Chinese eider was extracted by method of water extraction and alcohol precipitate, then the concentration of it was determinated by spectrophotometry at 582nm. The results showed that the concentration of polysaccharide in fruit of Chinese elder was 3.86%, RSD was 3.76% (n=5). In conclusion, it showed high repeatability, the average recovery was 102.55%, and RSD was 2.51% (n=3) within four hours.
