从研究性学习的实施现状看教师的专业素质发展

摘要 研究性学习的确立为改变传统的学习方式提供了有效途径,其实施现状如何将直接反映教师的专业素质发展状况。本文以参加中西部"国培计划"的骨干教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查、个人访谈等形式,采用定量和定性相结合的方法对河南省中学中的研究性学习实施现状进行了调查,以期发现问题,寻求对策,促进教师专业素质发展。 The establishment of inquiry learning is an effective way to change the traditional leaming styles, and its implementation situation will reflect the situation of teachers' professional quality development. With the NTP backbone teachers of the Midwest as the research objects, through questionnaires, personal interviews and by combining the quantitative and qualitative methods, this research investigates the implementation situation of inquiry learning in middle schools of Henan province, aiming to find problems, seek solutions and improve teachers' professional quality development.
