本文通过对英、法、苏、日、美及中国教育督导制度的历史发展线索的整理叙述,总结和吸取了一些他国富有成效的做法、措施,作为我国督导制改革可借鉴学习之处。启示如下:要完善教育督导法规,加强对教育督导队伍的整顿,改善教育督导工作的物质条件,改进教育督导的方法和手段,提升督导机构的业务水平。

List systematically the history of educational supervision in Britain, France, the Soviet Union, Japan, the United States and China. Then the writer have some finding we can learn, as follows, to improve regulations of the educational supervision ,to reorgan- ize the teams of educational supervision, to increase investment in order to improve the conditions of educational supervision, to improve the methods of educational supervision, to raise the usefulness of output results.
