摘要
随着市场经济的席卷,学校进入了竞争机制。在各种压力下,我们的教师出现了无助感、失落感,这使得教师在追求专业发展的过程中出现了倦怠和退缩情绪。这种现象的出现,引发了我们对于教师专业发展下的教师幸福感的思考。
Along with market economy, school swept into the competition mechanism. In all kinds of pressure, and our teachers appeared helplessness ,loss, this makes the teacher professional development in pursuit of the process appeared burnout, the shrinking mood. Based on this phenomenon, the emergence of triggered to our teacher professional development of teachers ' sense of happiness of thinking.
