在经济、政治全球化的趋势下,国际法课程的重要性凸显,但其教学效果没有相应提高。应当对国际法教学中存在的问题予以分析,找到根本原因,利用现有良好的教学资源与条件,对国际法课程的教学指导思想、教学模式、学习模式及考核模式进行全方位的调整与改革,提高学生学习课程的兴趣及学习深度,从而实现培养具备实践能力、高素质的国际法人才之目标。

International Law course is more and more important with the globalization trend in economic and political,on the other hand,it＇s teaching effectiveness without a corresponding increase. We should analyze the problems in teaching International Law and find root causes such of ineffective teaching in order to train with practical ability and high - quality International Law professionals. We should make use of existing good teaching resources and conditions to reform teaching ideology, teaching ,learning and assessment model, which could improve learning interest and depth about International Law.
