摘要 "关键能力"的培养一直是近年来国内外教育界讨论的重要课题。"关键能力"在德国职业教育界提出以后得到了较快发展,各国纷纷将关键能力作为本国职业教育人才培养的重要目标之一,学者们根据自己本国的国情和文化背景对其概念、培养途径以及评价方式等做出了不同的理解,但对关键能力的具体实施办法还没有形成操作性较强的体系。 The key ability training has been discussed as an important education issue at home and abroad in recent years. "The key ability" has a rapid development after being put forward in German, countries took the key ability as one of the important targets in vocational education training, scholars made different understandings of key competence in the concept, training methods and evaluation mode according to his own country and cultural background, but the implementation measures has not formed in an operational system.
