口腔矫形颌位研究进展与临床应用

Advance and clinical practice of an orthopedic jaw position

口腔矫形颌位通常是用来描述髁突位于舒适的、可重复的、重建牙尖交错时必须依赖的颌位,是患者义齿修复或正畸等口腔治疗后,下颌的生理功能运动颌位。本文从临床操作的角度,及垂直向的关系和髁突位置确定,总结目前争论的几种口腔矫形颌位观点,并认为口腔矫形颌位不是某个单独的点,而是一个可接受的范围,只要能够形成和谐的颌位与牙尖交错关系,能在生理位行使功能,就可以认为矫形颌位的定位是正确的。

An orthopedic jaw position is the jaw position that condylar lies in comfortably,repeatably on which re-establishment of intercuspided occlusion depends.Furthermore,it is physiologically functional position of jaw movement which should be restored after prosthesdontic or orthodontic treatment has accomplished.Focusing on vertical relationship and condylar position,controversy ideas about orthopedic jaw position be studied and summarized in this article from the perspective of clinical practice.It is concluded that oral orthopedic jaw position is not a single point but an acceptable range and it is reasonable to say that orthopedic jaw position is established correctly when harmonious jaw position and intercuspal occlusion relationship are formed and occlusion function is performed well in a physiological position.
