影响牙体组织氟吸收和蓄积相关因素探讨 被引量:5

Discussion of relevant factors about fluoride ingestion,deposition and excretion in the healthy human body

摘要 进入人体的氟主要在胃肠吸收,此后分布在体液、软组织、骨、牙齿、指甲、头发、唾液及菌斑中。氟的排泄主要由肾脏承担。年龄、微量元素、营养物质等因素会影响氟在人体全身及局部的吸收、蓄积与排泄。本文对影响健康人群全身氟吸收、蓄积、排泄以及局部牙体组织氟吸收、蓄积的相关因素做一综述。 Fluoride ingested is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and then distributes in body fluid,sofe tissues,bone,teeth,nails,hair,saliva and plaque.The elimination of absorbed fluoride occurs almost exclusively via the kidneys.Some factors can influence fluoride systematic absorption,accumulation and excretion in the body and topical absorption and accumulation in the tooth,such as age,microelement and nutritive substance,etc.These factors were discussed based on previous studies.
