摘要
针对于某发电厂新进投产的600 MW机组"W"火焰锅炉在运行过程中遇到的受热面超温爆管、减温水量不足以及氧量偏低、飞灰可燃物含量偏高的问题,提出了一系列相应的解决方案来防止锅炉受热面超温和增加减温水流量,并对锅炉进行了一定的燃烧调整,为同类型锅炉的可靠稳定运行提供了依据。
With respect to the 600 MW units of the W-type flame furnace newly put into operation in a certain power plant,there have been some problems in the operation,such as pipe explosion caused by overheating on the heating surface,desuperheater attemperating water shortages,too low a oxygen content,too high a content of combustible flying ash,etc.To solve these problems,this paper puts forwards some methods provided to prevent overheating on the heating surface and to increase desuperheater attemperating water flow.Besides,an adjustment of burning is made to the furnace thereby providing bases for the reliable and steady operation of W-type flame furnaces.
