摘要
以竹粉为原料,用氢氧化钾(KOH)和氢氧化钠(NaOH)混合活化剂,在不同活化剂比例、不同活化时间和活化温度条件下制备竹粉活性炭,运用比表面积测定仪(BET)、恒电流充放电法测定仪等仪器对竹粉活性炭比表面积、孔容和孔径结构及比电容进行了测试。结果表明,竹粉和混合碱的比1∶3且两者活化剂比例相等时,活化温度900℃,活化时间1 h条件下制备的竹活性炭性能最佳,其比表面积为1 003.2 m2.g-1,总孔容为0.564 cm3.g-1,平均孔径从为2.47 nm,碘吸附值为933 mg.g-1,作为超级电容器(EDLC)的电极,其比电容为101.1 F.g-1。
Using bamboo powder as materials,KOH and NaOH as mixed activator,the bamboo powder activated charcoal was produced by different activator proportion,activated time and temperature.With specific surface area analyzer,capacitor tester and other equipment,its specific surface area,pore volume,pore diameter structure and capacitance were tested.The results showed that when the rate of bamboo power and mixed Alkali is 1∶3 and the proportion of activator is equal,at the activation temperature of 900℃,activation time 3 h,the bamboo powder activated charcoal performance was the best.It has a specific surface area 1 003.2 m2·g-1,the total pore volume 0.564 cm3·g-1,average pore size 2.47 nm,Iodine adsorption value 933 mg·g-1.As a super-capacitor(EDLC) electrodes,its specific capacitance was 101.1 F·g-1.
