蓟运河防潮闸基础加固高压喷射试验施工

摘要 通过对蓟运河防潮闸基础加固高压喷射试验施工,对存在缺陷的闸基灌注桩进行围封高压旋喷形成高强度的复合桩体,并在闸底板上、下游建造高压旋喷防渗墙,以及闸底板下的脱空回填灌浆处理,解决闸基础的渗透稳定和抗滑稳定问题,为闸基加固工程及类似建筑物处理提供满足设计要求的施工工艺与参数。 During testing construction of high pressure jet grouting for reinforcing ebb gate foundation of Ji canal, through high pressure jet grouting around the defective grouting pile of ebb gate foundation, high strength complex pile shaft was formed. The method was also used for constructing the seepage proof wall on upper and lower parts of the floor of ebb gate. The void filling grouting under the gate floor guaranteed seepage proof stability and sliding resisting stability of flood gate foundation.
