经皮靶点射频髓核消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated with Percutaneous Radiofrequency Nuleoplasty

目的:探讨经皮靶点射频髓核消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效、优缺点及其并发症的防治。方法:对178例腰椎间盘突出症患者行髓核射频消融术。结果:随访12个月,有效率为88.7%,VAS降低83.5%(P<0.05),无严重的并发症发生。结论:经皮射频髓核消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,方法简单,有效率高,并发症少。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy,advantages,disadvantages and the prevention of complications in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc by radiofrequency nuleoplasty.Methods：Radiofrequency nuleoplasty was performed on 89 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Results;178 cases were followed up 12 months. The general clinical effective rate was 88.7%,the average scores of VAS were decreased to 83.5%（P0.05）.No serious complications were found.Conclusion：Radiofrequency nuleoplasty is a simple method with high effective rate and few complications.
