IEC 61850标准在变电站自动化系统中的应用研究

摘要 IEC61850是关于变电站自动化的第一个国际标准,因其突出的优点和国际化的背景,迅速引起了国内外电力行业的广泛关注。它不仅将应用在变电站内,而且也将运用于变电站与调度中心之间以及各级调度中心之间,它在变电站自动化系统的应用和推广将对变电站自动化的发展方向和趋势有着重大影响。本文针对IEC61850在变电站自动化系统的应用特点进行了详细的研究。 IEC61850 is the first international standard about the substation automation; it has already quickly caused wide attention of the power industry at home and abroad due to its outstanding advantages and international background. It not only will be ap- plied in the substation, but also will be applied between the substations and dispatching center as well as the dispatching centers at all levels, its application and promotion in substation automation system will have a significant influence on the direction and trends of development of substation automation. In this paper, its features of application are researched in detail.
