本文以某浮法玻璃生产线热端DCS项目为背景,分析了基于Siemens SIMATIC PCS7的该DCS系统设计的可行性,并详细地描述了该系统设计中各个层面的冗余功能。通过分析论证,表明该冗余控制系统能够满足浮法玻璃生产高质量和高可靠性的要求。
This paper is set in a DCS project for the hot end of a float glass production line, analyses the feasibility of the DCS based on Siemens SIMATIC PCS7,and gives a detailed description of the redundant functions of each levels of the system design. Through analysis and argumentation, it demonstrates that the redundant control system can meet the requirements of high quality and high reliability for the float glass production.
