摘要
该设计在软件上采用了数字PID(比例积分微分)反馈控制的算法,该算法实现了对激光器驱动电流的精确闭环控制,并通过预定参数方式实现了激光器驱动电流类型的选择。最后,通过对传统驱动方式和数字驱动方式的试验结果进行对比分析,证明了基于数字PID的驱动模块对光声气体检测用的半导体激光器的驱动有很好的效果。
An algorithm of digital PID (proportional integral differential) feedback control is adopted in the software design, the algorithm realizes a precise closed loop control for drive current of laser and the choice of types of laser drive current is achieved by means of preset parameter mode. Finally, it proves that the digital PID based drive module has a good effect for the semiconductor laser driving used for photoaeoustic gas detection via comparative analysis to the test results of the traditional drive mode and the digital drive mode.
